Director Visit

Our AREA One Director, Aubrey Fletcher, visited The Hamptons School on Monday. During her visit, Aubrey:

  • visited classrooms
  • talked to students about their learning
  • toured the school
  • discussed School Development Planning – analyzing data and creating goals
  • reviewed Leadership Quality Standard.

It is always a pleasure to have our Director visit the school and engage with students and staff.

Soccer Residency

The students were very excited to participate in their soccer residency this week! I wish I had their energy.

We were very fortunate to have sunny weather for the week.

The students demonstrated sportsmanship, skill development and respect. They welcomed both Coach Scott & Matt to The Hamptons School and helped to create a sense of belonging.

We are very grateful for The Hamptons Parent Society for funding the special residencies at the Hamptons School.

Student Comments - Soccer

We love that the school brings in extra coaches for us! Soccer is really great!!

I like having extra time to practice my skills.

It is great that there are different soccer stations. It is fun to practice passing and shooting.

I just like having time to run! Coaches are really nice.

We are excited about game day! 

Professional Learning Day

On Friday, the teachers will engage in their professional learning:

  • participating in School Development Planning – analyzing data and revisiting goals
  • discussing Learning Intentions and Success Criteria
  • planning together in teams.

It is always energizing to have time for professional learning. We are grateful. 

Reminders to Parents

Forms-If you haven’t already, please complete and submit the Annual Authorization, Student Demographics forms digitally in SchoolEngage and return blue forms immediately. These are past due and can impact student funding.

Noon Supervision Program-If your child is staying for lunch at The Hamptons School, please ensure that you register your child in the noon supervision program through the MyCBE parent account. Fees will be posted to your parent account by CBE Fees.

Absences & Lates-please leave a message on The Hamptons School Attendance Line at 403-777-7300, Ext. 1 prior to 8:30 a.m.

Safety - Student Arrival Time

Teachers are on supervision at 8:22 AM each day.

For the safety of your children, please ensure that your children do not arrive to school before 8:22 AM

There are no supervising teachers before 8:22 AM

Healthy Hunger
